Blessed Frédéric Ozanam founded the Saint Vincent De Paul Society in 1883. The society was founded based on serving the elderly, poor and unfortunate ones. There are approximately 800,000 members all around the world serving the poor.  


The Saint Vincent de Paul Society at Sacred Heart is dedicated to helping others and serving the community. The members make their selves available to be there for families in need. Saint Vincent De Paul is there when the family is having difficult pay their rent or utilities or simply need food to provide for their families.  The members are truly presence to help the poor by showing support, encouragement and friendship. The Saint Vincent De Paul Coordinator at Sacred Heart is Therese Nunez.

Food boxes are distributed Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9:00am to 11:00am in the garage located next to the Parish Office in the parking lot. If you or somebody is in need, Please contact the Saint Vincent De Paul Clearing House at 505-345-1500. The Clearing House will direct you to the proper Parish that serves your area.

Saint Vincent de Paul Food Pantry

The Society of Saint Vincent De Paul, Conference at Sacred Heart Church, in coordination with the Roadrunner Food Bank and sponsored by The Catholic Foundation, is having their monthly food distribution on Saturday, January 25th from 9:00am to 11:00am, located in the Parish Office Parking Lot.
Must reside in our parish boundaries. Bring proof of residence, identification and bags and or boxes for food.
